This paper is concerned with the asymptotic behavior of solutions for plate equations with delay blurred by multiplicative noise
in $\mathbb{R}^n$. First of all, we obtain the uniform compactness of
pullback random attractors of the problem, then derive the upper semi-continuity of the attractors.
